How to replace the paper/tape rolls

1. Open Professional Innosealer – lift the flap from the foot-shaped aperture until the catches release and pull open

2. Remove depleted rolls from the Professional Innosealer

3. Select a tape and paper roll from your refill tube

4. Fit the tape roll onto the right-hand spool, the tape should be sticky side up. Stretch the tape to the top of the sealer and stick on the top of the machine until required. The reel will only fit one way, if the front flap will not shut please turn the reel around until it fits properly.

5. Fit the paper reel onto the left-hand spool and feed the end of the paper through the slot and into a recess on the centre cog – Turn the cog counter clockwise until it clicks into place.

6. Close the front flap – your machine is now ready for a test run

7. Run your bag through the sealer as normal. You will find that the first seal will be incomplete – all subsequent seals will be quality seals

Please note: It is advisable to clean your Professional Innosealer regularly in order to keep the machine free from dirt, grease and adhesive residue. This will enable you machine to work snag free for many years to come. To clean, just use warm water or an alcohol wipe or run through the dishwasher.
